By engaging our services, approving quotations, making payments, or entering into a project with Codoweb Technologies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

2. Advance Payments

Most projects require an advance payment before work begins.

Advance payments reserve development resources, project scheduling, research, planning, and design activities.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, advance payments are non-refundable once project work has commenced.

3. Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project at any time by providing written notice.

If cancellation occurs:

  • Before project work begins, Codoweb Technologies may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund after deducting any administrative or processing costs.

  • After project work has commenced, payments covering completed work, planning, design, development, consultation, or research are non-refundable.

  • Completed work delivered before cancellation remains payable.

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or the service has been delivered:

  • SSL Certificates

  • Third-party Software Licenses

  • Digital Products

  • Downloadable Resources

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payments.

  • Incorrect payment amounts due to billing errors.

  • Services paid for but unavailable due to circumstances solely attributable to Codoweb Technologies.

  • Accidental duplicate transactions.

Each request will be reviewed individually.

Approval of refunds remains solely at the discretion of Codoweb Technologies.

6. Client Delays

Project timelines depend on timely cooperation from clients.

If the client delays:

  • Providing content

  • Providing approvals

  • Sharing credentials

  • Responding to communications

Codoweb Technologies shall not be responsible for resulting project delays.

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

7. Change of Mind

Refunds shall not be provided due to:

  • Change of business plans.

  • Change of personal preference.

  • Switching to another service provider.

  • Internal management decisions.

  • Budget constraints.

  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to agreed project scope.

8. Project Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included according to the approved proposal.

Requests involving:

  • Additional pages

  • Major redesigns

  • Expanded project scope

may require additional charges and are not grounds for refunds.

9. Third-Party Costs

Payments made for third-party services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain registration

  • Hosting plans

  • Cloud services

  • Email services

  • Paid plugins

  • Software licenses

  • API subscriptions

  • Advertising budgets

  • Payment gateway fees

Refunds for such services are governed solely by the respective third-party provider's policies.

10. Subscription Services

For recurring services such as:

  • Website Maintenance

  • SEO Packages

  • Digital Marketing

  • Hosting

  • AI Support

  • Technical Support

Clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

Previously billed subscription periods are non-refundable.

11. Technical Issues

If technical issues arise directly due to work performed by Codoweb Technologies within the agreed project scope, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve those issues without additional cost during the applicable support period.

Technical support does not entitle clients to refunds.

12. No Guarantee of Business Results

While we follow industry best practices, Codoweb Technologies does not guarantee:

  • Search engine rankings

  • Sales growth

  • Lead generation

  • Revenue increase

  • Website traffic

  • Social media growth

  • Advertising approval

  • Business success

Refunds shall not be granted based on business outcomes or performance expectations.

13. AI Services Disclaimer

Artificial Intelligence solutions rely on third-party AI providers and machine learning technologies.

Codoweb Technologies does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of AI-generated content

  • Continuous availability

  • Business outcomes

  • Regulatory compliance of generated outputs

Clients remain responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.

14. Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact Codoweb Technologies before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of ongoing services.

  • Immediate termination of projects.

  • Recovery of outstanding payments.

  • Legal action where applicable.

15. Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall normally be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

16. Force Majeure

Codoweb Technologies shall not be liable for delays or inability to provide services resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Internet outages

  • Cyber attacks

  • Power failures

  • Pandemics

  • Third-party service disruptions

Such events shall not constitute grounds for refunds.
